Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

4. How long will it be before I receive my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation along with several emails to track your order once it has been shipped. All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday, will ship the next day. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will ship on the next business day.

1. How do I return my purchase?

J. Bullivant Urban Survival Gear stands behind the quality of everything we offer. We hope that you are happy with your gear, but in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service center at (732) 886-2223, and we will gladly assist you with your return. Lifetime Warranty

All J. Bullivant products come with a lifetime warranty. Simply put, we stand behind our products. If you purchase products with defects in workmanship or materials, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Shipping charges to our facility is the responsibility of the customer. J. Bullivant will pay for return shipping charges to the customer.


1. How can I write a review on a product?

You can write a product review in just 3 easy steps:
a. On any product page, scroll down and click on the button titled "Review This Product."
b. Once you click on that button you will see a text box and a rating section for Price, Value and Quality. Please fill in as much information as you like. You can also insert your name and your email address.
c. Then, click the ‘Submit Your Review’ button.
Once you have submitted your review, it may take up to 48 hours for it to appear on the site. We reserve the right to screen and omit reviews that contain offensive language.

3. How do I clean my J. Bullivant Backpack?

Your J. Bullivant backpack may be cleaned using a damp cloth on the solar panels and the nylon fabric as necessary. Do not machine wash or use detergent or bleach. Make sure the Technology Package and any electronic device remain dry while washing.

4. Can I find J. Bullivant Urban Survival Gear in retail stores?

J. Bullivant Urban Survival Gear is offered exclusively online and not sold through retail outlets at this time. We value the power of the internet to offer our products 24/7 and recognize the convenience of selling our gear directly online.
